1. S&L Medienproduktion GmbH was founded by Georg von Langsdorff and Maria Th. von Seidlein in 1992. It is in charge of the editorial and the production engineering sectors, that is:
   
   • A weekly production of Making-ofs for 19 time slots in German and Swiss television.
   • Production of EPKs and APKs and production or modification of TV spots.
   • Extensive TV technical back-up such as dubbing on Beta SP or DVD, Encoding in all in-use formats and organization of camera teams for film junkets or inhouse TV.
   The IT department of S&L Medienproduktion also offers its customers online-based market research and test screenings via Moviepanel.de. Since the beginning of 2007, S&L Medienproduktion has been producing short IPTV reports mainly on subjects relevant to film and film industry that can be downloaded via Internet portals.
   
   The IT-department is responsible for programming and development tasks, particularly for database-supported online applications of the Media Group.
   
   S&L Medienproduktion controls the financial management, staff management and all premises of the media group.
2. Our subsidiary company S&L Medianetworx GmbH was founded in 2000. It is a press and promotion agency servicing the film and entertainment industry. Our in-home online press release server distributes information and news from currently 16 film distribution and film production companies to 70,000 jounalists in German-speaking countries.
   
   In 2007 S&L MedianetworX GmbH started to provide UPI Germany with a wide range of services for local and regional cinema marketing.
   We assist cinema operators concerning local activities and events and smooth the cooperation between cinemas and local media.
   Our Press and PR service puts a high value on a good back-up for online and games.
3. Since 2005 S&L Live GmbH is a member of the S&L Medien Gruppe. It distributes advertising packets, give-away promotional articles, neon light advertising, banner ads, POS systems and specializes in the design and construction of exhibition stands.
4. Our youngest member of the S&L Medien Gruppe is the WestWing Online GmbH, and is a merger of the S&L Medienproduktion and the Contnet AG webdesign departments. The WestWing Online GmbH is a full-service multimedia agency that takes care of consulting online projects from elaborating concepts, design and implementation to statistical evaluation, editorial support and hosting.
