S&L Medien Gruppe
S&L Medien Gruppe GmbH, the heart of the corporate network, performs key tasks
S&L sees itself as a hub for entertainment marketing in Germany – connecting media providers, brands and agencies as well as consumers with aspects of entertainment.
Since 2011 S&L Medien Gruppe GmbH has been the holding company, in charge of key tasks for its operating subsidiaries and participations: strategy, business development and administration. This creates synergies and networks that bring advantages for our customers: flexibility and speed.
With our products and services, we support film distributors and producers, cinema operators, TV providers, home entertainment and games publishers along the entire value chain and offer selective and holistic communication solutions from a single source.
We began to focus on digitisation early on. In 1996 we launched moviedata (later kino.de), the first German cinema portal with its own ticket service. After almost a year of development work, the press server followed – now used by more than 15,000 journalists dealing with film – and later the market research platform moviepanel.
Since then, our IT department has not only ensured the operation of our own infrastructure, but also smooth processes in our press and marketing servers, which enable us to supply nearly all the relevant German media providers with material. We bring our one-and-a-half decades of experience in developing websites and mobile applications to new products, and we also offer this know-how directly to our customers.
